Agencies
Provider agencies on Vista Enterprise™ receive Vista Kardian Care™ automatically as part of their infrastructure package. There is no additional charge. Dashboard monitoring, tech support, and device care are built into the relationship.
Vista Enterprise™ is required for regulated agencies using Vista Link™. Vista Kardian Care™ is included in that package at no additional cost.
Vista Essence™
Subscribers
Seniors and veterans on the Vista Essence™ home subscription receive Vista Kardian Care™ as part of their package. The Xandar Kardian radar-based monitoring installed in their home is managed and supported by Vista at no additional charge.
Vista Essence™ is Vista’s private-pay enabling technology subscription for seniors and veterans aging in place at home.
Xandar Kardian
Only Agencies
Provider agencies whose Vista relationship is through Xandar Kardian devices only — without Vista Link™ or Vista Enterprise™ — can access Vista Kardian Care™ as a standalone monthly subscription. Monthly packages start at $200 based on the number of devices supported.
Whether you received your Xandar Kardian devices through Vista or another channel, Vista Kardian Care™ is available to support your agency.
