Vista’s technical assistance and training programs operate across two distinct tracks:
Digital Transformation Consulting: Vista works directly with provider agencies on the journey to becoming Technology First organizations. This is pure consulting and training — no platforms, no devices. Vista guides agencies through what it means to build an enabling technology program from the ground up: how to become a tech-first agency, how to use technology as a form of supports, how to build the internal capacity, workflows, and organizational readiness that make enabling technology sustainable. This work prepares agencies for the next stage of their evolution before any platform or device is introduced.
Enabling Technology Training and Implementation Support: Vista delivers competency-based training programs for agency staff, DSPs, and leadership on how to implement, operate, and sustain enabling technology ecosystems. Vista deploys Navigators for on-demand support during and after implementation, subcontracts with HCBS waiver providers and senior facilities on government proposals and contracts, and supports Technology First initiatives and electronic EHR training programs.
