Founded by Precious Myers-Brown, Carl Hernandez, and Steven Simms, Vista Supports brings 38+ years of direct experience in disability services—combined with clinical expertise (RN/MBA) and technical certification (ATP)—to help agencies modernize their operations.
Unlike closed-system vendors that keep providers dependent, Vista Supports operates on an open platform philosophy. Our Story
The founders of Vista Supports saw a significant gap: providers were struggling with workforce shortages, unfunded mandates, and a lack of practical expertise in enabling technology. Existing solutions either created dependency on outside vendors or failed to account for the operational realities of running an agency. Precious ‘Preciosa’ Myers-Brown, Carl ‘Carlito’ Hernandez, and Steven ‘Stevo’ Simms came together to form Vista Supports with a different approach—provider empowerment.
